Non-tinted paints, other liquid items and accessories can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days, provided they are unopened, unused, in their original condition and accompanied by your proof-of-purchase receipt.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been tinted to your order or for change-of-mind purchases, except where this is covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Goods to be returned must be taken to the Jet Building Paint Shop online refund drop-off site listed below. The financial transaction will then be processed and may take up to five business days, depending on your financial institution.
