Jet Building Paint Shop
Effective 16 September 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access this website or purchase goods from Jet Building Paint Shop, trading online as JetBuilding (we, us or our). Our contact address is 2/3 Enterprise Dr, Beenleigh QLD 4207.
By placing an order, creating a membership account or continuing to use this website, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, you should not place an order.
2. Products and product information
Our products are supplied in the sizes, finishes and specifications shown on the relevant product page. Product descriptions, photographs and colours are provided as a practical guide. Screen settings, lighting, substrate condition, preparation and application method can affect the finished appearance.
You are responsible for reviewing the relevant label, Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet, confirming product suitability and following all preparation, application, storage and safety instructions. Any general guidance or paint-calculator result on this website is an estimate and is not a substitute for product-specific technical advice.
3. Prices, membership and GST
Product prices displayed as “ex GST” exclude Australian GST. We add GST at the current statutory rate of 10% and show the GST amount and total price including GST at checkout.
Customers who are signed in to an eligible membership account receive the displayed member price. Customers may also purchase without registering and pay the displayed regular price. Membership is free, personal to the account holder and does not create credit terms, a trade account or an entitlement to deferred payment.
We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we will contact you and offer the choice of confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and we begin processing the order.
Orders are subject to payment authorisation, stock availability, accurate customer information and an address that we can service. We may contact you to clarify an order, request a Toll courier quote, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an address cannot be serviced, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
5. Payment and fraud prevention
Available checkout methods include eligible debit and credit cards. Card payments are processed by Eway and may require 3D Secure or another bank authentication step. Bank-account payments may be subject to bank processing times, verification and the applicable payment-service terms.
If you choose to save a payment method, the payment provider stores the payment credentials and supplies us with a secure reference. We do not store or display your full card number or full bank-account credentials. We may delay fulfilment while a payment is pending or being reviewed.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivery only. Distance is calculated from Beenleigh QLD 4207 and rounded up to the next whole kilometre.

- 6 or more tins within 30 km: free delivery.
- 6 or more tins over 30 km: $5 base fee plus $2 for each kilometre beyond 30 km.

7. Delivery, risk and inspection
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you supplied, including where you authorise goods to be left in a safe place. Please inspect the order promptly and tell us as soon as possible if anything is missing, incorrect, damaged or appears faulty.
Do not use or apply goods that you believe are incorrect, damaged or defective before contacting us, where doing so may make the issue worse or prevent reasonable assessment.
8. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Returns and change-of-mind requests are handled under our . Non-tinted, unopened and unused eligible goods in original condition may be returned within the period stated in that policy with proof of purchase. Custom-tinted products generally cannot be returned for change of mind.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect product selection, inadequate surface preparation, failure to follow product instructions, misuse, improper storage, unauthorised mixing or tinting, or application to an unsuitable substrate.
Where the Australian Consumer Law permits us to limit a remedy for goods or services that are not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacement or repair, supplying equivalent goods, resupplying services, or paying the reasonable cost of those remedies. This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by our failure to take reasonable care.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit false or fraudulent information, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated systems in a way that unreasonably burdens the service. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or our business.
11. Website content and third-party services
Website text, graphics, branding, layout and software are owned by us or used under licence and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Links or integrations with third-party services are provided for relevant store functions or convenience. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
12. Changes, severability and governing law
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our business, website, suppliers or legal obligations. The version published when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction in Queensland.
